TechLoc Fleet & Service Control Platform

TechLoc is an operational intelligence system connecting vehicle telemetry, geolocation, customer/account, and inventory-control data to identify and prioritize problematic assets and accounts.

Context

Fleet and asset operations produced vehicle telemetry, geolocation, customer/account, and inventory-control data that needed to be interpreted together. TechLoc was developed to connect these sources so asset status, movement behavior, inventory condition, and financial exposure could be reviewed in one operational context.

Analytics & Capabilities

  • Determines whether a vehicle is parked or moving and how long it has remained in that state.
  • Analyzes movement history, routes, and frequently visited locations.
  • Provides current asset location and supporting GPS / telemetry information.
  • Connects vehicle behavior with inventory, vehicle-control, and operational-status information.
  • Links asset information with customer/account context to surface exceptions and required action.

Operational Use

Asset Movement Intelligence

Reviews movement state, elapsed time, and historical activity to distinguish normal asset behavior from conditions requiring investigation.

Geospatial Patterns

Uses routes, recurring locations, and current position to understand asset behavior, support location-based follow-up, and improve operational visibility.

Account & Asset Prioritization

Connects operational status with customer/account and inventory records so problematic accounts and assets can be identified and prioritized for follow-up.

Measured Impact

TechLoc contributed to an approximately 91% reduction in monthly outstanding customer balance. It also contributed to an approximately 60% reduction in the number of vehicles placed Out for Repossession each month by improving how problematic accounts and assets were identified and prioritized through connected operational and financial information.
