Connecting technical operations with data

I am a Technical Operations & Asset Management Specialist with long-term experience across maintenance, automated fare collection, operational systems, fleet coordination, inventory control, and asset-status oversight.

My background was built in complex public-transport environments, where service continuity depended on disciplined maintenance, quality control, KPI and SLA monitoring, and coordination across systems such as SCADA, CCTV, access control, TETRA radio, telephony, and ticketing infrastructure.

After moving to New York City, I transitioned into fleet, inventory, and asset operations. My current work connects daily operational workflows, service-vendor coordination, inventory status, maintenance visibility, and asset recovery information so decisions can be based on a clearer operational picture.

Data has become an increasingly important part of how I work. I use Power BI, Excel, and Python to standardize reporting, develop KPI frameworks, connect information from maintenance, inventory, GPS, and collections sources, and make operational risks and priorities easier to see.

The common thread throughout my experience is the ability to understand technical systems, organize operational information, and translate both into practical control. I am most effective where maintenance, assets, processes, and data need to work together.

Complex Operations
Maintenance and service-continuity work across transit, fleet, and asset environments.
Operational Control
Asset status, inventory, vendor workflows, and KPI and SLA visibility.
Data Connection
Power BI, Excel, and Python applied to operational reporting and decision support.

Philosophy

Operational excellence is not achieved through dramatic change, but through consistent correction.

Progress gets easier over time, but it still requires daily discipline. Consistency is the difficult part, and the part that matters most.

Outside Work

Based in New York City, living between cultures has strengthened my adaptability and broadened my perspective. Outside work, I value quiet spaces, nature, and the sea as time to reset and reflect.
