Born in 1987 in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, I was raised in an environment that balanced discipline with independence. Growing up alongside my siblings, I developed a strong sense of responsibility early on, learning the value of structure while maintaining the freedom to explore and observe the world around me.
From a young age, I was naturally analytical and reserved. I have always been drawn to understanding how systems work — not only mechanically, but structurally. I tend to observe before acting, to analyze before deciding. Over time, this mindset shaped both my personality and my professional direction.
My interests outside of work remain simple and grounding. I value quiet spaces, nature, and the sea — places that allow clarity of thought and reflection. These environments help me reset and maintain perspective.
Today, I am based in New York City, where I continue to grow personally and professionally within complex operational environments. Living between cultures has strengthened my adaptability and broadened my outlook, while reinforcing the discipline and structured thinking that have defined me since the beginning.
Philosophy
Operational excellence is not achieved through dramatic change, but through consistent correction.
Progress gets easier over time, but it still requires daily discipline. Consistency is the difficult part, and the part that matters most.
